Manga "Uzumaki" Karya Junji Ito Bakal Diadaptasi Jadi Anime

The legendary horror manga by Junji Ito, "Uzumaki" was finally adapted into an anime. This adaptation will be present as a miniseries with 4 episodes and will be released next year.

For those of you who don't know, "Uzumaki" (not Naruto) is a horror manga by Junji Ito in 1998. This comic carries the premise of a relatively absurd story, where a city called Kurôzu-cho is cursed and haunted by a spiral supernatural entity.

"The theme carried by 'Uzumaki' is captivating and attracting people's attention, which is the nature of the spiral or 'Uzumaki,'" Hiroshi Nagahama, the director explained.
